  • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund or Exchange:

Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange as follows:

Refund: If you are eligible for a refund, the purchase price, minus any applicable shipping fees, will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 15 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exchange: If you prefer an exchange for another product, we will process the exchange based on the availability of the desired item. Any price differences and shipping fees will be applied accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@tarunimas.com. We may request supporting documentation, such as photographs, to assess the issue. We will provide further instructions on returning the item and offer a replacement or refund, including any applicable return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

Exclusions:

Please note that our return policy does not cover the following:

  • Products that were not purchased directly from Tarunima’s Beauty Emporium.
