  • Orders will be delivered within 45 days after payment.

  • International delivery is not available at this time.

 

⟡ Returns & Refunds

  • In case of any issue with the product, customers must record an uncut video of the unboxing clearly showing the problem.

  • Based on the video, Tarunimas will decide whether to issue a refund or resend the product.

  • Exchange is not possible.

  • If the customer refuses to receive the parcel without a valid reason, no refund will be provided.

  • If the customer is unreachable and the parcel returns to us, we will resend the product, but additional shipping charges will apply.
